PSYCHIC RECALL - The 8th Brain
 Surviving in unusual times will be the name of the game from now on.
Never mind 4th of July. Worldwide, things are silently and invisibly falling apart, and we approach the critical “Time Wave ZERO” moment on July 6th. Cancer & Pisces planets are lined up now so as to lend a spiritual or emotional outlook on life in the days ahead. This time wave zero – similar to what we had on 9/11 – can also be a portent to a time of deepest introspection. Hopefully there will be rain with all the water signs activated. Yet I did predict that there would be many fires and heat, the droughts maps confirm my prognostics. We will also witness many more tornadoes and storms this summer, world wide. Probably we will simply see much out of control weather this whole year.
Whichever way it is, now is time to look to new avenues, and use a method called "Psychic Recall". Seeing the future from the future is fun. Let's start new subjects now. I pointed out in the past 25 News Letters – half-time of my year’s series – that we can safely assume that within a few years this world will no longer exist in its current mad form and that everything will have to change if we wish to live a functional life. Therefore we too should change – the sooner the better. Why not today? Now we must be able to adapt. How can we do this?

Beyond predictions, comes now the advice to the few, YOU, who wish to survive and to adapt. And yet, we must be doing more than just 'survive'. We should live. And I pointed out also, beyond my predictions, that I have seen the future from the future, or the next present as if from far away. I can say that a few will survive, live, and reorganize a new planet. The Earth with spiritually sane people who have regained the ancient eight brain functions to be able to see the future accurately, and to adapt.
Here is my recurring vision - or experience throughout my childhood. This unusual experience defined my journey for this life. It took me outside what people describe as "normal". I have already stated that I felt the world I was born into in 1959 was not at all what I would deem "normal". I could feel it was not functioning properly. Today we are seeing evidence of it, as we continue along this road we are taking. However, I know we have an exciting future coming towards us. I experienced interesting things ahead. My ‘seeing’ of the Vision shows me how others' worlds or other possibilities exist for us humans. Let's explore them now...
As a very young kid, the experience of having visions of the future was a normal part of my life. But I knew to keep it all to myself. Parents, family, playmates, school kids and later my work colleagues did not care for it. My knowledge, or knowing, was rather frightening to them, while amusing to me. Only my Cathar descendent nanny understood what I talked about when I would share my input. She gave me good advice early on: "Keep it to your own self - until later..." -- Well. Later is now.
By age twelve, the experiences increased to a high degree, in intensity, taking me away from the rational world and establishing me in the 'world of Spirit', as we would call this today. To me, my past lives seemed to teach me things to come, an awareness that made little sense to the people surrounding me who had lost balance of the 8th brain – the part of the mind that senses all realities as a Spirit presence upon our Earth. This is the part of us that connects with our hearts - the Divine, the Living Light, or the vortex - Psychic Recall. Meanwhile obviously my challenge was to keep functioning at ‘normal’ people’s pace and wave length. That too has to be achieved in this ‘new’ world we live in.
We are back to the topic of Inner Viewing which is actually - in its truest form "Inner Sensing". In truth those who become aware of this natural ability are going inside, and from this inner depth they can see with the eyes of Spirit. The experiences I have could be called “Remote Sensing” adventures. I would call it "Seeing with the Soul Eyes", or with the eyes of Spirit. It is something every human being can do. It is simply a choice of how we use our energy each day. We have a choice either to think rationally, and waste our life, or to SEE, and enjoy life. It's called "The Sight" and was a sign of sanity in ancient times, as I explain in my books. The magi of Atlantis knew how to see far.
The experience I am about to describe has since merged into my everyday awareness, when not too many people bother me, which is why I quite like to be left alone, or why I need no followers. But I share it via News Letter, so you too can learn. If you have read Frank Herbert's "Dune", then you know what I am talking about! At night - I would 'wake' up into an altered state of Awareness, maybe some call this "Lucid Dreaming".
Remote objects - such as the planet Jupiter - would be magnified. Enhanced beyond description within my mind. While at the same time, objects close to me would appear as tiny and far away: The Mirror of Cosmos and the mirror of the soul, as above so below, as within so without. When I say 'far away' I mean beyond this Galaxy. So, whatever I was being shown - the far away was near and the near was far away, both in space as in "Time". That is the vortex of which I wrote in my books. And now - indeed - we have the VORTEX-Theory. Time does not exist! As I stipulated years ago. Marvelous timing...
What people do not understand, and reject or criticize - for fear - is this: Inside each human being is a 'soul mirror'. This internal mirror is multi dimensional. It is a natural function of the human brain - or mind - that gets clouded when we think in abstract terms. Quit thinking! This part of the brain has been blocked over the past centuries. People have no recollection of who they really are, or why they are here on earth at this time. However, aware of it or not, this inner mirror is functioning inside each one of us day and night. What a gift that is…
Because it mirrors within us all that is. Inner & Faraway Sensing is the natural ability to SEE or to View the outer through the inner. It is about going inside to discover the mirror of the soul, reflecting eternity across time and space. The Celts, Mayans, Americans Indians and Egyptians used it. They all knew this from their Atlantis heritage long ago.
I will not even hesitate to predict that in the next three to five years this will become, for many people, a normal every day experience. It has to be so! Or we will not survive as a race. Children born lately have seemingly recovered some of this ability. Unfortunately the Matrix system tries to program them to forget it. A good sense of balance comes from the oldest part of the brain. That is the part that forms first and designs the rest of the physical incarnation for each life time. I watch kids' drawings. I observe what they see when it reflects in their artistic creations. They see many interesting things. They are the little prophets among us...
We are the architects of our entire being from life time to life time. Because we got caught in a 'survival based' Matrix, we lost that inner sense of balance. The gift of creation became little more than a tool to survive, partly because certain races visiting the planet later cut parts of the human DNA to more easily control us. I guess that this is the only explanation to understand why so many people move around like oblivious zombies. It is sad to see gifted kids being 'programmed' to become boring adults unable to live.
Access to the “Mirror Viewing” part of the brain was all but destroyed. For this reason most humans live in what we might truly call a brain damaged state; having lost their capacity to 'see'. As a child I came into the body and was completely aware that I was brain damaged by my surroundings. Yet, I had somehow, thank God, retained the ability to fight back by secluding, and by simply arguing everyone else into the ground with as much rational argumentation I could muster at a young age. Mainly I would ask them one question: “Why?” I knew they would be unable to answer. So I told them that if they could not answer my questions they must consequently leave me alone. That did the trick.
So I would be left alone finally, so that I could go on with my own progress, studying the books I wanted to read, and not the school books, choosing the tutors I wanted, and not the professors they wanted me to listen to. Basically I became a major pain in the neck to both my parents and to the system. But since I was more in tune, as well as academically smarter than those around me, this was the deal we struck: I would have it my way.
Today, now that my books on predictions have been written, it is time to share the way we can change things. I somehow knew that many natural gifts were suppressed. But I kept this awareness to myself until now. This will be my 3rd and final book. Now is the time to show the way ahead, how we will escape the inevitable – make no mistake, only few will find a way out of the obvious mess. However, we all can learn what I have termed “Psychic Recall”. And I want to use this opportunity here in my NewsLetter about this subject to clear up a fundamental misunderstanding about the terminology. Many people have heard of “RV” or remote viewing, which is absolutely NOT what I do in Psychic Recall mode.
RV was created by the military minds and other evil intelligence agency planners in Russia and the USA, to hit on military and political targets. RV was developed first by the Russians, and then the Americans followed them, so the myth goes. With RV the operator (remote viewer) is given a target, and they use the techniques to view, see or influence the target. I would say this method uses about one only percent of the capacity this part of the human brain has. With RV, an outside target is chosen by the military or the viewer.
With Psychic Recall it is totally the other way round. The person seeing is the target for a higher force. The remote viewer uses his or her limited awareness to go find something out. Psychic recall is an awareness that connects and listens to the 'background' information. What you need to know or see comes in. It is an intelligence operating on its own. The early remote viewers all began to have 'spiritual' experiences and encounters during some of the sessions. They were not hallucinating, but spiritual forces began to show them the consequences of what they were doing. The military was training them to psychically harm or influence chosen targets or politicians, etc., to influence their decisions. Some of the wiser people got out of these programs when they saw how far reaching their actions were, and the karma they were loading onto themselves.
In essence we are all diviners – as I state in my “Atlantis Oracle” and we can all have the Divine gift of Psychic Recall. People are using it all the time, but are largely unaware of it. We are continually locating ourselves in time and space using abilities we are not unaware of. This is psychic recall, but in most people it exists as a subconscious action. It's happening, but they don't know it is happening. Psychic recall is simply making people aware that another level of awareness is there, and they can tune into it.
Remote viewing is about serving a limited agenda, a limited system. Psychic recall is about serving a higher intelligence. We are all connected to this Divine or Cosmic Mind and we only have to make the decision to work with that. It is our choice. Needless to say, it is not always a welcome gift.
To be honest, it was not a pleasant experience to be so aware of this feeling of restriction, of sensing that I was here for another higher purpose than the nonsense people planned for me in society. What helped was that I was beginning to learn how to heal myself and reconnect. The reason this happened is because I could not accept that the world is the way it is. It simply made no sense, and it was unacceptable to me, as it should be most unacceptable to you too. So, I won't bore you anymore with the Matrix discussion. That's for beginners. We discussed it; we must opt out and have no fear. Now must follow the more evolved and rather advanced shamanic magi lecture – only for the "Few".
The survival awareness is 5 percent of the Inner Psychic Recall and Cosmic Sensing gifts we were born with. We were programmed as a race to focus on survival, and this self survival focus took us away from oneness with Spirit. We are not on this Earth merely to survive, for this would be a tad boring. We came here to fulfill a higher purpose. If you take your own inner awareness and mentally extend it beyond the boundaries set for you by your perceptions, you will still have an acute sense of danger, but much more than that, you will increase inner creative forces that know of no survival. This force of Spirit teaches expansion to the infinite degree. How can we reach optimum human potential? This is the BIG question. It is what my books are about.
What we must do in the coming months is to extend our inner energy awareness beyond its normal limitations and direct the mind: 'Beyond Survival' - 'Into Spirit'! This is how we become Living Light and will go beyond Earth changes and the Matrix and all the rest of it toward High Magic. We have no time to discuss why, when and how US/UK NWO will run around in Iran or Iraq. Now we must focus on what we can do in order to get into no fear zone, and beyond survival zones, so as to be able to greet the world we want to manifest. Every one of us can build his or her own “City Of Gold” – a world of true and functional peace.
If you think about it - it is NOT possible to see the 'future' from here. Eyes of Spirit do in fact actually see the future from the future. This is very important if one is to understand what Psychic Recall really is. It is the ability to shift and bridge reality, by moving in a way through what is "hyper-space". People may not understand me, but one day it will be just common knowledge; and it will be 'scientifically' valid. By then I'll be on to the next frontier, shifting yet another paradigm, for I get bored fast, ever since I was a kid.
This method or process which I use is not at all the same as the abusive and unspiritual "Remote Viewing" or "Remote Influencing" activity which the CIA and KGB and other filth agencies around the world developed for war purposes. The correct label is, and has been for a while: "PSYCHIC RECALL". It is simply the ability to have seen an event from that vantage point of 'past tense'. Seeing the future from the future is what it is, and it takes but a few seconds of deep concentration.
I can see events in my own or other people’s lives. I can see at age 29 on a highway in France how I will crash my Jaguar at 160 miles an hour into a bridge. And avoid the worst. I can see my book on the desk of a world leader. I can see the boy of a lady friend drowning in a pool, and if I can’t save him in time, I can see my career in ashes. I can see the next President, the next war, and the next whatever event. I can also see a peaceful world beyond all this. When it comes to my own life I can act accordingly. When it comes to other people’s events and lives, all I can say is “watch out!” But when it comes to world events, all I can say is: “Steer clear off the rocks – Titanic in sight! Don't re-arrange the deck chairs on the Titanic, too late...”
This is how I made the ballot recount and other predictions in 1999. Via Psychic Recall, seeing the future as if is / was past, bringing it back to you, so that we can better adapt and make wiser choices. Astrology is the rational measurement for my psychic recall, the gift others cannot understand but which was there for us forever since the beginning of time, if there ever was a beginning of time that is.
Let me explain to you what I have seen and you might find you are as open to this as I am. Seeing is a mirror - an all seeing mirror. It is the silent observer inside all of us, non-movement: absolute stillness. It is a state of mind that exists day and night whether we are aware of it or not. It functions regardless of how we perceive of its presence. Shifting awareness is the key to knowing or entering that world. When you 'shift', you see with another part of your being.
It is the 8th brain that takes the information in and uses it, a timeless energy - and so one can observe the past, present, and the future as one reality. Or as a Sufi explained to me: As the speed increases, time slows down, (see car crash above!), and when speed is infintely high towards the Most High - Time is ZERO, or non-existant, see planet of the apes...
Coming as close to the inner mirror as possible, gives the 8th brain in psychic recall mode the ability to see the most distant objects, person, reality or star system. The limits are placed only by the mind using the tool. This is why I wrote in my books frequently that we must transcend limits. Have you ever noticed that 'feeling' that the moon is watching you? We had it going on during the last eclipses, last year, and last mid May. It is a powerful feeling. But why is that so? Well, for some reason the moon activates the psychic recall ability in some of us. As I looked up at the moon this Eclipse-evening - when I wrote this letter - I heard the words: "The first outpost". When I look up at its light, I immediately feel close to my inner watcher observing myself as if from up there. The moon seems to activate this in us, and so people go "crazy" during the eclipse times, or even during any regular full moon.
If they were able, however, to integrate the 8th brain, things would be very different. The rational part of the brain misbehaves because it tries to short-circuit the psychic recall process – the operation going on – in the 8th brain's deeper resource. Time for "re-programming" is due now. And this is why I designed my card deck, which is really not a Tarot deck, but a meditational or psy-rcall self help tool, like a jump-starter kit for the inner mind.
As I have written, the more I use this seeing, the more it merges into my everyday reality. In the end my psychic recall becomes a standard operating procedure state of being; and the future seeing the past merges, the vortex is still, like they eye of a hurricane, i can see right through the tunnel of the vortex. It is difficult to put in words, and so I drew the deck of cards, with pretty pictures that tell it minus the words...
*** The scope of the mind increases and one grounds many realities in this moment of watching 'pictures' within psy-recall mode, with elegant style and ease. It makes for a powerful chemistry. The more ease with which we deal with multiple realities, the more grounded we become. In the times ahead we need to be better grounded. We must be using the 8th brain more – and we have to see FAR...
The brain responds creatively to multiple realities. It begins to wake up when it gets to connect. Don't forget the more 'disconnected' and selfish humans are, the more asleep they are. Experts call this ‘dissociation’. The inner Spirit connection is missing. What does that mean? It means that the person looks out rather than within. Jung wrote long studies about this. It is discussed in my books. We can say that selfish action is Rational Thought looking OUT. In those moments of selfishness the individual turns the energy around and looks within.
In the most stressful moments when we look within, and not at the outer event, we not only embed energy within the soul, but we empower ourselves across time-space. Look inside and 'open up'. The Lotus flower does that too. Why is the Lotus flower said to have eight petals in Spiritual Circles? Why eight charkas and wheels? Why does Venus take eight years to rotate in a pentagram form around the system? We are the stars, and more than the stars. The inner mirror of seeing opens up when the individual looks within and embeds energy. In there is the force to see – the ‘sight’. I describe this in better terms in my book “Icons of Destiny”. Now we will need the ‘sight’ to survive.
Now we enter some sort of spiritual 'special forces' operation, in a time in which we must have no fear - not only from "Psychological Operations", but also from the international Matrix. It is a time when we must discern truth from lies, when all others around us will go insane, if they are not mad already now. We must be able to act with inspired faith and always remain positive. Whatever happens in the next months and years, and it will get hairy out there, we cannot and must not let it affect us. We have to have grace under pressure and act with courage. We cannot live in fear. This is not an option. Psychic Recall helps to circumvent this human type emotion called fear.
Security expert Gavin de Becker wrote an interesting book entitled “The Gift of Fear”. I have written and will soon publish the book called “The No Fear Zone”. You are reading – by the way – a chapter of the book right now! De Becker and St.Clair could not come from more opposite directions, and yet we may have similar professional knacks and bizarre backgrounds. He is one example of so-called ‘experts’. But, these are then exactly the types of so-called ‘security’ experts who made or let 9/11 happen and laughed at me when I said that it (and more) would happen. Meanwhile I was the kid in charge of securing my general’s head quarters while on the move when I was 25 yrs old. He handed me the responsibility because he knew I was completely psychic and fearless.
(On a foot-note: I met de Becker while he advised Brooke Shields’ mother and I advised their corporation on marketing. My aim was to get her brand name maximum exposure. His aim was to ‘secure’ her. He and I had diametrically opposed views and aims. We interacted for two days in the mid Eighties, and locked horns constantly. He alienated the media people and made my job almost impossible. Meanwhile where is the brand name client today? Over and out is what it is. Yet, I was the former general staff and special force officer, while he was the gum shoe. Today, 15 years later, after 9/11, where are we at? What he sells in his book is fear. What I sell in my book is faith, the spiritual psychic recall in order to avoid and to confront fear.)
With psychic recall we know what's ahead. We can no longer stand by and watch things fall apart around us. The Zeta Talk web site exercise (and to some degree also the inherent assumptions) was to me a fascinating study and exercise in deception perception, yet a stupid show case of a psychological operation, just like operation '9/11' was, and whatever else will come our way. There will be many more. Planet X was an experiment. Meanwhile, there is a real 12th planet somewhere. People missed the whole point. But by now, star science was once again ridiculed.
At this point we need to hone in on our psychic gifts, especially as Uranus will spend seven years until 2010 in Pisces, to reach beyond the natural into what 'normal people' call the "Super-Natural", or what I would simply call the Divine. We can all be prophets now. And when we are in this state, we can also - all of us - change the course of our lives, and the outcome of events.
This is why I stipulate the collapse of the New World Order. It is dead-on-arrival. What do we do while all this inevitable movie unfolds in "their" reality? This will be the subject of my next letters, the end of my last book, why and how we can reverse-engineer our own psychic world to what Congregator call the NEW/OLD Reality, or to what EarthStar calls the Celtic Community, what I call Cosmic Consciousness, while the other world goes "titanic"... and the three books I wrote are definitely the manual about how you can do this every day for yourself in your own life.
